Trilogy Data Partners was formed by consultants who spent their careers untangling legacy systems and building standardized reporting inside the world’s largest, most heavily regulated organizations — much of it on Oracle Argus Safety and drug-safety platforms. We saw the same problem everywhere: mission-critical data trapped in aging, disconnected systems, with no single, trustworthy way to report on it.
